I do not believe that the overall plan takes into consideration outside factors such as certain land plots within Green Belt that adjoins settlements.

Modification if applicable

I would like to add in an additional plot of land within Pool Lane Lymm, Title Number CH653227 Ordnance Survey Map Reference SJ6687NE which adjoins all the settlements on Pool Lane.

Summary of comments

The reason I would like to bring this site forward is for a small development of A Care Home Unit / Care Style Bungalows with additional open space provision for all residents.
